Your week of balanced meals, planned.
Balance Blue Weekly gives you a dietitian-built meal plan, an organized grocery list, and an expansive recipe library—so eating well takes less planning energy.
Built by a registered dietitian. Grounded in nutrition science. Designed to support long-term health.
$35 per month. Cancel before your next renewal.
You probably do not need more recipes. You need the week to make sense.
There is no shortage of meal inspiration online. The difficult part is deciding what fits together, remembering what to buy, using ingredients before they go to waste, and doing it all again next week.
Balance Blue Weekly gives you a clear starting point. The meals are already organized. The grocery list is already connected. Leftovers and repeated ingredients are considered. You can use the full plan, choose only the meals you need, or explore the Recipe Library when you want a different option.
The purpose is simple: fewer food decisions, a more useful grocery trip, and a steadier way to put balanced nutrition into practice.
One practical plan for the week ahead
1. Open your weekly plan
Each plan includes breakfast, a first snack, lunch, a second snack, and dinner. The plan is refreshed on Friday so you can review it and shop before the week ahead. There is no exact-hour promise.
2. Make it work for your life
Use the whole plan or select the meals that help you most. Adjust recipe servings and yields for yourself or your household using the available tools. The shared plan is flexible, but it is not individually prescribed or medically customized.
3. Shop with a connected list
Your grocery list is generated from the plan and changes as you adjust it. Review the list, remove what you already have, and shop in the way that works for you. Optional third-party grocery ordering may be available in supported areas, but store coverage, item matching, substitutions, pricing, and delivery are not guaranteed.
4. Cook with less friction
The plan uses intentional leftovers and ingredient overlap to make the week more manageable. Dinners may be planned across two days, and lunch leftovers help reduce the need to prepare every meal from scratch.
5. Keep more options within reach
The Recipe Library gives you an expansive collection to explore when you want a swap, a favorite, or fresh inspiration. Nutrition Facts and educational Health Insights are available within the platform to help you understand more about the food in front of you.

Where this fits in your bigger picture
The cohort is an education-first starting point. It helps you understand common gut health concepts, organize your observations, and identify useful questions and next steps without diagnosing yourself.
For some participants, education and self-directed support may be the right next step. Others may decide they want individualized medical nutrition therapy that considers their history, symptoms, medications, food intake, existing labs, goals, and, when appropriate, additional testing.
Balance Blue Elite is a separate 1:1 pathway for eligible clients and requires a discovery call. Joining the cohort does not commit you to Elite or automatically lead to testing.
Wherever you go next, the cohort is designed to help you approach future decisions with more context—not chase another one-size-fits-all answer.

Questions you might be asking
-
A: No. This is an education-only cohort. It does not include stool, food-sensitivity, microbiome, or blood testing, and Bayleigh will not interpret individual lab results. Module 5 teaches how to evaluate testing decisions and limitations in general. Individualized testing or interpretation requires separate clinical care.
-
A: Questions may be submitted through email or Practice Better chat. The recording will be posted in the community within 48 hours. Individual makeup calls are not included.
-
A: Most participants should plan for approximately 45–90 minutes per week, depending on how much optional reflection and application work they complete. Lessons use a mix of written content, videos, worksheets, and small activities, so each week may look different.
-
A: A new module is released every Tuesday at 9:00 AM CT beginning August 11. You can move through released content at your own pace, and module and community access continues through October 22, 2026.
-
A: No. The private cohort community is inside Practice Better. It is used for general education, shared learning, Friday check-ins, and lesson-related questions—not individualized assessment or clinical recommendations.
-
A: This cohort does not sell a “root-cause” protocol, require an elimination diet, or assume one test will explain every symptom. It teaches evidence-based gut health concepts, helps you organize observations, and emphasizes adequate nourishment and the least-restrictive reasonable approach. It is general education, not personalized care.
-
A: No. Bayleigh teaches general concepts and provides educational tools, but she will not diagnose participants, interpret individual results, or create personalized treatment plans within the cohort.
-
A: You receive access to the Welcome Area in Practice Better. Bayleigh also sends each participant a personal Practice Better chat message within 48 hours.
-
A: A payment plan is not publicly offered. If you need flexibility, you may contact Bayleigh privately before enrolling.

A: Refund requests are handled directly by Bayleigh and reviewed case by case. There is no automatic refund period.
