A six-week group education experience exploring foundational factors that can influence digestion and gut health. The Cohort includes recorded modules, practical workbooks, a private community, and a live Q&A graduation call. It does not include individualized medical nutrition therapy or functional testing.

Elite is Balance Blue’s most comprehensive level of care: a six-month individualized medical nutrition therapy and integrative nutrition program combining comprehensive assessment, functional testing, weekly meal planning, education, and ongoing one-to-one support from Bayleigh. Your care plan is developed around your health history, symptoms, existing medical care, food intake, lifestyle, laboratory data, goals, and real-life needs.
Elite does not provide medical diagnosis, medication management, emergency care, or guaranteed outcomes. It supports the nutrition-related aspects of diagnosed conditions and health concerns within Bayleigh’s scope as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.

Individualized clinical nutrition care
One 90-minute comprehensive intake
Twelve biweekly follow-up appointments across six months

Testing-informed nutrition care
Foundational functional nutrition testing is included in Elite and used to provide additional context for your individualized nutrition care plan. Results are considered alongside your symptoms, history, medications, food intake, existing medical care, and response over time.
Additional specialty testing may be discussed when clinically appropriate and is billed separately. Testing provides additional information for nutrition care but does not independently diagnose disease, prove causation, or replace medical evaluation.

Balance Blue is currently a self-pay practice. Elite is structured as a bundled six-month program that includes appointments, testing, planning, meal support, education, and between-session resources that are not submitted directly to insurance. Some services may be eligible for HSA or FSA reimbursement depending on your plan, the medical purpose of care, and documentation requirements. Confirm eligibility with your plan administrator or tax professional before enrolling.
