BALANCE BLUE ELITE
Stop guessing. Start understanding.
Six months of functional nutrition care, built around you. For the person who has been told their labs are normal but knows their body says otherwise.
First, the question most people don't know to ask.
What is functional medicine? Most people don't actually know. Most have heard the phrase, seen it on a wellness account, maybe wondered if it's real medicine or just rebranded supplement marketing. It's a fair question.
Functional medicine asks one thing: why is this happening? Conventional medicine focuses on identifying and treating disease. Functional medicine focuses on identifying and treating the root cause. It uses systems thinking. It connects what seems unconnected. Your fatigue, your bloating, your hormone irregularity, your inflammation. These are signals, and functional medicine listens to all of them.
If you have been told your labs are normal but you don't feel right, you are not crazy. You are not lazy. The standard panel may not have looked at the right things. Or the reference ranges may be too wide to catch what's actually going on. That is the gap functional medicine fills. That is what Elite is built around.
WHY ELITE IS DIFFERENT
Four things Elite gives you that other programs cannot.
These are not marketing claims. These are the specific capabilities Bayleigh brings to Elite from the IFNCP training. Most online dietitians, generic wellness coaches, and even most integrative practitioners are not trained in these.
-

A real physical assessment, over video.
Most online dietitians can't actually look at you. They take your word on symptoms and run with that. Bayleigh's training includes a structured Nutrition-Focused Physical Exam adapted for telehealth. Nail beds, hair texture, skin tone, dental wear, posture, eye changes. Visible details that point to specific deficiencies and patterns most practitioners miss. This is medicine, not coaching.
-

Lab testing with a plan, not a fishing expedition.
Functional medicine practitioners can drown you in expensive labs. Bayleigh runs labs in a strategic sequence based on what your case actually needs. Every lab has a specific clinical question behind it. We don't run a panel because it's standard. We run it because we need that information.
-

One supplement at a time, not twelve at once.
Supplement overload is one of functional medicine's biggest problems. Bayleigh's protocols introduce one intervention at a time, monitor your response, and adjust. Minimum effective dose. Some Elite clients leave on three to five targeted supplements. Some leave on zero. It depends entirely on what your body actually needs.
-

Cooking through a functional lens.
Bayleigh's training in culinary nutritional medicine means you learn to cook in a way that supports your specific case. Pantry restocks for your needs. Batch-cook frameworks that match your protocol. Restaurant-survival strategies for when you're not eating at home. Food-as-medicine applied, not just recipe lists.
THE 6-MONTH JOURNEY
-
Month 1 — Your story plus the deep dive
You complete a comprehensive intake form before our first session. Then we meet for 90 minutes. Health history, symptom mapping, lifestyle audit, goals. I order your functional labs. Initial nutrition and lifestyle starting points are set, no major restrictions yet.
-
Month 2 — Labs are back, and we build your plan
Your lab review is built into a follow-up session once results come back. We go through every result together. Then I build your personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement protocol around what your results actually show. Biweekly 1:1 sessions begin.
-
Month 3 — First adjustments
Based on your 30-day response, we adjust. Sleep, stress, and movement get integrated into the protocol. Targeted supplement modifications happen here.
-
Month 4 — We go deeper
The next layer surfaces. Often hormonal, gut, or metabolic, depending on what your case is showing. Optional follow-up lab work if it's indicated. Biweekly support continues.
-
Month 5 — Optimization
We fine-tune what's working. We build sustainable rhythms for life beyond Elite. You leave with a personal what-to-keep-doing-forever framework.
-
Month 6 — Integration and your forever plan
Wrap-up session. Custom maintenance plan. You leave with the tools to keep going on your own. Decision point: continue with Elite (renewal), step down to lighter support, or graduate.
Elite is designed as a 6-month container, but the timeline is flexible. If your case calls for extended support beyond 6 months, that's a decision we make together.

Let's get clear before you apply.
You may be a fit if:
You have been told your labs are normal but your body says otherwise
You are navigating fatigue, gut issues, hormone irregularity, blood sugar dysregulation, or chronic inflammation
You have tried elimination diets, protocols, or programs that helped temporarily but did not last
You are ready to invest in functional lab testing and personalized care
You want a 1:1 partnership for the next six months, not a course or a community
You want to understand what's happening in your body, not just be handed a protocol
Elite is not for you if:
You are looking for a quick fix or a 30-day reset
You want gut health education only (the Gut Health Cohort is built for that)
You are not ready to invest in functional lab work
You want a self-guided experience without 1:1 support
You are looking for a meal plan, not a partnership
If Elite isn't the right fit right now, that is fine. There are other paths inside Balance Blue. The $397 Gut Health Cohort is one. The free Discovery Call is another. Nobody walks away empty-handed.
WHAT ELITE LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE
A real Elite client.Jordan came in at a turning point. Severe anxiety. Depression. Panic attacks. Mood swings. PMDD that was making the days before their cycle nearly unbearable. They had tried therapy, multiple medications, meditation apps, supplements from TikTok, elimination diets. Their PCP told them their labs were normal. Their PCP suggested a different SSRI.
That's when they reached out.
At intake, the picture started to clarify. Sleep disrupted second half of their cycle. Constant bloating, fatigue after eating, years of restrictive eating in the history. The physical exam picked up signs the conventional appointments had missed.
Functional labs confirmed bacterial AND fungal overgrowth in the gut. Multiple nutrient deficiencies. Hormone patterns consistent with PMDD.
The plan was a sequenced overgrowth protocol, nutrient repletion, targeted PMDD support, food framework, cycle tracking, nervous system practices. We started small. Protein floor. Three meals. Magnesium at night.
Four weeks in: sleep stabilized. Eight weeks: panic attacks cut in half. Three months: PMDD reduced about 60 percent. Six months: overgrowth clear, nutrient panel normalized, anxiety baseline significantly lower, SSRI reduced in coordination with their prescribing doctor.
They came in expecting to manage their mental health forever. They left understanding that mental health and gut health are connected, and that real change is possible when someone actually looks at the whole picture.
Questions you might be asking.
-
A: No. The functional approach is about using the fewest, most strategic interventions possible. Some Elite clients leave on three to five targeted supplements. Some leave on zero. It depends entirely on what your labs and body actually need.
-
A: Not currently. Balance Blue is a cash-pay private practice. This is a deliberate choice. Insurance billing limits how much time we can spend with you and what we can do clinically. Many clients use HSA or FSA funds to offset costs.
-
A: Then Elite isn't the right program for you right now. Functional work takes time. If you are not ready for the full container, the $397 Gut Health Cohort or the $47 monthly workshop may be a better fit for where you are.
-
A: A regular RDN focuses on medical nutrition therapy and standard guidance. As an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner (IFNCP), Bayleigh is trained in functional lab interpretation, root cause analysis, virtual physical exam, sequenced supplement protocols, and integrative care. The credentials matter, and so does the depth of the work.
-
A: Bayleigh is currently licensed in the state of Indiana and also serves clients in several states that do not require dietetics licensure. If you are outside Indiana and interested in Elite, reach out so we can confirm whether your state qualifies. Bayleigh is actively working to expand into additional states.
-
A: Functional labs are a core part of how this program works. If you cannot or will not run labs, Elite is not the right fit. The Gut Health Cohort is a better option for education without testing.
-
A: Optional, not standard. For clients deeply interested in personalization at the genetic level, the add-on includes the 3X4 nutrigenetic panel and a dedicated review session. Most Elite Standard clients get exceptional value without it. We can discuss whether it fits your case on the Discovery Call.

A: Either grab the Elite Breakdown PDF for the full picture, or book the free 20-minute Discovery Call. Both buttons are on this page.
You don't have to keep guessing.
You deserve real answers. The kind that come from someone actually looking at the whole picture. Let's go find them together.
