BALANCE BLUE ELITE
Stop guessing. Start understanding.
Six months of individualized medical nutrition therapy and integrative nutrition care for people navigating ongoing symptoms, diagnosed conditions, complex health concerns, or a need for more comprehensive nutrition support.
Built around comprehensive assessment, testing-informed clinical reasoning, and individualized nutrition support that evolves with you over time.
Elite provides individualized medical nutrition therapy and integrative nutrition care from a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. It may support the treatment or management of nutrition-related aspects of diagnosed conditions. Elite does not provide medical diagnosis, medication management, emergency care, or guaranteed outcomes, and it does not replace care from your medical providers.
First, the question most people don't know to ask.
What Elite actually is: Elite is not basic nutrition counseling, a standalone meal plan, or a quick reset. It is a six-month, one-to-one clinical nutrition program for clients who need a more comprehensive and individualized process.
We consider your health history, symptoms, food intake, lifestyle, medications and supplements, existing medical care, laboratory data, digestion, blood sugar patterns, sleep, stress, movement, goals, and day-to-day needs. These pieces are considered together to identify nutrition-related patterns and possible contributors that may inform your care plan.
This is individualized clinical nutrition care—not generic coaching. Your nutrition, lifestyle, meal-planning, supplement, education, and monitoring strategies are developed around your needs and adjusted throughout the six-month program.
Foundational functional nutrition testing is included as one part of the assessment process. Results are considered alongside your history, symptoms, medications, existing labs, food intake, medical care, and response over time. Testing provides additional context for nutrition care but does not independently diagnose disease, prove causation, or replace medical evaluation.
A systems-based nutrition approach: Symptoms and health concerns do not always exist in isolation. An integrative and functional nutrition approach creates space to consider how food intake, nutrient adequacy, digestion, blood sugar patterns, sleep, stress, movement, medications, lifestyle, and medical history may interact.
The purpose is not to determine a single “root cause” or replace your medical evaluation. It is to build a more complete nutrition-focused picture, identify appropriate areas for nutrition intervention, and develop a thoughtful sequence for implementing and monitoring your care.
Elite is designed to complement medical care. When symptoms, laboratory findings, medication questions, or safety concerns require evaluation outside dietetics scope, Bayleigh recommends collaboration with or referral to the appropriate healthcare provider.
If you have been told your labs are normal but you don't feel right, you are not crazy. You are not lazy. The standard panel may not have looked at the right things. Or the reference ranges may be too wide to catch what's actually going on. That is the gap functional medicine fills. That is what Elite is built around.
WHY ELITE IS DIFFERENT
Four things Elite gives you that other programs cannot.
Elite combines comprehensive nutrition assessment, individualized medical nutrition therapy, testing-informed care, practical food support, education, and ongoing one-to-one guidance across six months. Bayleigh’s training as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner informs a systems-based approach while remaining within dietetics scope. Testing is one supporting tool—not the entire program—and recommendations are adjusted over time based on your needs, safety, goals, and response.
THE 6-MONTH JOURNEY
-
Month 1 — Your story and comprehensive assessment
Before our first appointment, you complete a comprehensive intake. We then meet for 90 minutes to review your health history, symptoms, food intake, lifestyle, medications and supplements, existing labs, goals, and current concerns. Foundational testing is arranged, and we establish realistic starting points without immediately adding unnecessary restriction.
-
Month 2 — Results and your individualized plan
As testing results become available, we review them alongside your history, symptoms, medications, food intake, existing medical care, and other relevant information. From there, Bayleigh develops your individualized nutrition, lifestyle, meal-planning, and supplement strategy. Biweekly follow-up care continues.
-
Month 3 — Implementation and first adjustments
We evaluate how the initial strategy is working and make appropriate adjustments. Meal planning, symptom tracking, sleep, stress, movement, supplements, and practical implementation are addressed according to your needs and priorities.
-
Month 4 — Continued assessment
We continue evaluating nutrition-related patterns, progress, barriers, and emerging needs. Additional testing, medical follow-up, or collaboration with another provider may be discussed when it would meaningfully and safely inform your care.
-
Month 5 — Refinement and sustainability
We refine what is working, address remaining barriers, and begin building sustainable routines that can continue beyond active Elite care.
-
Month 6 — Integration and your next-step plan
We review your progress, create a personalized maintenance plan, and discuss the most appropriate next step. Depending on your needs and available services, that may include continued support, periodic follow-up, another Balance Blue resource, or independent maintenance.
Elite begins as a six-month program, but six months is not a promise that every concern will be fully resolved. Needs, responses, and appropriate next steps vary by individual.

Let's get clear before you apply.
Elite may be a fit if:
• You have symptoms, diagnosed conditions, laboratory patterns, or health concerns that would benefit from a more comprehensive nutrition lens.
• You have tried general advice, elimination diets, supplements, or short-term programs without finding a sustainable approach.
• You want individualized, testing-informed nutrition care—not another generic protocol.
• You are ready to participate in a six-month process involving assessment, education, implementation, monitoring, and adjustment.
• You want a one-to-one clinical nutrition partnership rather than a course or community-only experience.
• You understand that Elite complements—but does not replace—medical care.
Elite may not be the right fit if:
• You are primarily seeking macros, a rigid food list, or physique-focused coaching.
• You want a quick fix, guaranteed result, or 30-day reset.
• You do not want testing-informed care.
• You want a self-guided course without one-to-one support.
• You are not ready for the time, participation, and behavior change involved.
• You need medical diagnosis, medication management, emergency care, or services outside dietetics scope.
If Elite isn't the right fit right now, that is fine. There are other paths inside Balance Blue. The $397 Gut Health Cohort is one. The free Discovery Call is another. If Elite is not the right fit, Bayleigh can discuss other available Balance Blue resources or recommend a more appropriate next step when possible.
Questions you might be asking.
-
Supplement recommendations are individualized. When supplements are appropriate, Bayleigh considers your nutrition assessment, available laboratory data, medications, tolerance, safety, goals, and response. Some clients may use several targeted supplements, while others may use very few or none. Supplements are not used simply for the sake of adding more. Bayleigh does not start, stop, or change prescription medications. Collaboration with a physician or pharmacist may be recommended when medication or supplement interactions require additional review.
-
Balance Blue is currently a self-pay practice. Elite is structured as a bundled six-month program that includes appointments, testing-informed care, planning, meal support, education, and between-session resources that are not submitted directly to insurance. Some services may be eligible for HSA or FSA reimbursement depending on your plan, the medical purpose of care, and documentation requirements. Confirm eligibility with your plan administrator or tax professional before enrolling.
-
Elite is designed as a six-month program because comprehensive assessment, implementation, monitoring, and adjustment take time. If that level of commitment is not the right fit, the Gut Health Cohort, monthly workshop, or another available resource may be more appropriate.
-
Bayleigh is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner. Her IFNCP training provides additional education in systems-based nutrition assessment, laboratory context, therapeutic nutrition strategies, dietary supplements, and lifestyle support. That training informs her approach while all Elite services remain within her RDN credential, documented competence, and applicable state law.
-
Telehealth services are available to clients located in Indiana and in other states where Bayleigh is licensed or otherwise legally permitted to practice. Because requirements vary, eligibility is confirmed based on your physical location at the time of service.
-
Foundational testing is part of the Elite process. If a different testing path is more appropriate because of safety, medical history, jurisdiction, or clinical relevance, Bayleigh will discuss that with you directly. If you are seeking education without individualized testing, the Gut Health Cohort may be a better fit.
-
Additional nutrigenetic testing may be available as an optional add-on when it may provide useful nutrition-related context. It is not included in Elite Standard and is not necessary for every client. The evidence supporting nutrigenetic testing continues to evolve, and results do not diagnose disease, predict your health future, or replace foundational nutrition assessment and medical care.
