Your gut isn't broken. You were just never taught how to read it.
A six-week education on what's actually happening in your gut. No testing. Pure understanding. Learn how digestion, food reactions, stress, sleep, nourishment, testing decisions, and daily routines may connect, without jumping straight to expensive testing or restrictive protocols.
Enrollment opens Tuesday, August 4. The cohort begins Tuesday, August 11.
Gut health information should leave you more informed, not more overwhelmed.
This cohort is for you if you’re sorting through bloating, bowel changes, food reactions, or conflicting wellness advice and want to understand the bigger picture before trying another restrictive plan or expensive test. Over six weeks, you’ll learn how digestion works, notice patterns, ask better questions, and choose practical next steps without diagnosing yourself or chasing a “perfect” gut.
Let's be clear about what you're joining.

The 6-week roadmap
A new module is released every Tuesday at 9:00 AM CT. Watch on your own time, with program access available through October 22.
Module 1 — Tuesday, August 11
Foundations: What’s Actually Happening in Your Gut
Learn how digestion, absorption, fermentation, motility, and stool formation work; how to describe symptoms clearly; and when red flags require medical care.
Module 2 — Tuesday, August 18
The Gut–Brain–Body Connection
Explore two-way gut–brain communication and how stress, sleep, meal environment, daily rhythm, and broader health context may influence digestive experiences—without reducing every symptom to “stress.”
Module 3 — Tuesday, August 25
Reading Gut Symptoms Without Expensive Tests
Learn how stool form, frequency, urgency, straining, incomplete evacuation, and meal-to-symptom timing can help you notice repeated patterns without assuming they prove causation.
Module 4 — Tuesday, September 1
Allergy, Intolerance, Sensitivity, and Food Triggers
Clarify food allergy, intolerance, celiac disease, wheat allergy, non-celiac gluten or wheat sensitivity, and FODMAP concepts—plus why IgG food testing can create confusion.
Module 5 — Tuesday, September 8
When Testing Helps—and When It Creates Noise
Learn how to start with a clinical question and assess a test’s validity, usefulness, and actionability, including the limits of specialty and direct-to-consumer gut testing.
Module 6 — Tuesday, September 15
Your Personal 90-Day Gut Support Plan
Bring your observations together and choose practical supports around nourishment, fiber variety, hydration, sleep, movement, meal pace, and bowel routines—plus one right-sized experiment and guidance on when to involve a healthcare professional.
LIVE GRADUATION Q&A — Tuesday, September 22 · 7:00–8:30 PM CT
A live group Q&A focused on course concepts, common questions, and using the educational frameworks to choose appropriate next steps.
ABOUT BAYLEIGH
I'm Bayleigh—and I built the gut health education I wish more people received first.
I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner (IFNCP), and founder of Balance Blue Collective.
Too much gut health information jumps from oversimplified advice to expensive testing, complicated supplement plans, or extreme restriction. I created this cohort to offer a clearer middle step: evidence-based education that helps you understand digestion, notice patterns, and ask better questions.
You’ll get practical frameworks and a whole-person perspective without being told that every symptom has one root cause or that one protocol works for everyone. This is general education, not diagnosis or individualized medical nutrition therapy.
Where this fits in your bigger picture
The cohort is an education-first starting point. It helps you understand common gut health concepts, organize your observations, and identify useful questions and next steps without diagnosing yourself.
For some participants, education and self-directed support may be the right next step. Others may decide they want individualized medical nutrition therapy that considers their history, symptoms, medications, food intake, existing labs, goals, and, when appropriate, additional testing.
Balance Blue Elite is a separate 1:1 pathway for eligible clients and requires a discovery call. Joining the cohort does not commit you to Elite or automatically lead to testing.
Wherever you go next, the cohort is designed to help you approach future decisions with more context—not chase another one-size-fits-all answer.

Questions you might be asking
-
A: No. This is an education-only cohort. It does not include stool, food-sensitivity, microbiome, or blood testing, and Bayleigh will not interpret individual lab results. Module 5 teaches how to evaluate testing decisions and limitations in general. Individualized testing or interpretation requires separate clinical care.
-
A: Questions may be submitted through email or Practice Better chat. The recording will be posted in the community within 48 hours. Individual makeup calls are not included.
-
A: Most participants should plan for approximately 45–90 minutes per week, depending on how much optional reflection and application work they complete. Lessons use a mix of written content, videos, worksheets, and small activities, so each week may look different.
-
A: A new module is released every Tuesday at 9:00 AM CT beginning August 11. You can move through released content at your own pace, and module and community access continues through October 22, 2026.
-
A: No. The private cohort community is inside Practice Better. It is used for general education, shared learning, Friday check-ins, and lesson-related questions—not individualized assessment or clinical recommendations.
-
A: This cohort does not sell a “root-cause” protocol, require an elimination diet, or assume one test will explain every symptom. It teaches evidence-based gut health concepts, helps you organize observations, and emphasizes adequate nourishment and the least-restrictive reasonable approach. It is general education, not personalized care.
-
A: No. Bayleigh teaches general concepts and provides educational tools, but she will not diagnose participants, interpret individual results, or create personalized treatment plans within the cohort.
-
A: You receive access to the Welcome Area in Practice Better. Bayleigh also sends each participant a personal Practice Better chat message within 48 hours.
-
A: A payment plan is not publicly offered. If you need flexibility, you may contact Bayleigh privately before enrolling.
